1,500 acres of one of the most beautiful, well-maintained secrets in Kendall County at Waring Texas. Improved roads, rolling hills, lots of live oaks, typical beautiful Texas Hill Country.

Game Available: Whitetail deer, Axis Deer, Turkey, and Dove.

Hunt Types: Anything from guided ½-day hunts to multi-day packages.

You will be guided one on one with no more than five hunters at one time. Most of the hunting is done from very well maintained, first class tower and ground blinds, but will spot and stalk or rattle as well. Your game will be field dressed, weighted, aged, washed down and put into onsite cold storage and delivered to deer processing plant if needed.

You will also be able to enjoy the other ranch amenities, which are target facilities for checking rifles, fishing, skeet shooting, swimming pool and hot tub.

In addition to the price of the hunt and depending on the game that you harvest there will be an additional charge ranging from $350.00 for axis does to $2,500.00 for a Axis buck with 30"+ beams, on up to $6,000.00 for a 160+ class whitetail buck. Archery hunters are welcome to hunt for the same price. Non-hunting guest are welcome for an additional $100.00.

Management Program: With the help and advice of TP&W and numerous consultants we have implemented and carried out a very aggressive and effective management program for the past twenty years.

The program has included spot light census surveys, pasture burning, selective harvesting, reducing overall deer numbers to 1 deer to 5 acres, l:1 buck/doe ration, and high fence put up in 1998.

Family Friendly Hunting: This ranch is very well suited for spouces and or families, because of the ranch amenities and accomodations and the close proximity to Six Flags, Sea World, antique shopping and sight seeing.

Note: There is no Alcohol served or allowed on the Ranch.
